Soaring Crane Long Weekend

Primarily aimed at those with experience of qigong, and those wanting to teach Soaring Crane, this long weekend workshop will go into details of the Soaring Crane method that was taught as part of the Zhineng Qigong system.
The Friday and Saturday will be to main body the teaching and the Sunday is more about practice (both practice teaching the method and practicing the form).
Yan Cui, your teacher for the weekend
Yan studied Zhineng Qigong with Dr Pang in the early years of the Huaxia Centre (known as the medicineless Hospital). Now based in Canada, Yan regularly teaches large groups in Mexico and Europe.
We are delighted to welcome Yan to Suffolk and know that this will be an insightful and powerful weekend of practice and teaching for everyone who is able to join us.
