Sunday Session – Three Treasures

The Sunday Session is an opportunity to join Ping and John for practice and conversation around specific themes within qigong.

As well as exploring how the practice and theory fit together during the sessions, the practices will be repeated in the online practice sessions over the following weeks.

In February the focus will be on the Three Treasures, known as Jing, Qi and Shen. We will explore what each of these means to us within the practice of Zhineng Qigong and how they fit within the Zhineng theory
