The Sunday Sessions are an opportunity to join Ping, John and other teachers for practice and conversation around various aspects of qigong.
As well as exploring how the practice and theory fit together during the sessions, the themes that we explore will quite often be repeated in the online practice sessions over the following weeks. The outline agenda for the sessions is:
9:00am Practice (1 hour)
10:00am Informal conversations and discussions
11:00am Practice (1 hour)
