Sunday Sessions – Teacher’s Sessions

On the first Sunday morning of every month we open up an online space for Qigong teachers to come along.

For those who are currently studying on the Instructor Training Programme, this is included in the course fee.

All other teachers are invited to make a donation that reflects the value of the session using the link below (the amount donation amount can be changed and donations can be made at the end of the workshop)

The format of the session is:

0900 to 0930 – Check in round following by informal chat / catch up

0930 to 1030 – Technical Round, addressing questions and/or sharing helpful information in group discussions and breakout rooms

1030 to 1050 – Tea Break

1050 to 1150 – Exploration Round, exploring the theme of the month in group discussions and/or breakout rooms followed by practice sessions (min 30 minutes)

1150 to 1200 – Summary and Close
