Self Healing Taster Session

In this short workshop, with Marilia Blackburn and John Millar, we will explore the key underlying principles used at the Huaxia Centre, and bring these principles into a simple movement based practice that brings mind and body together, with the resulting relaxation of body, mind and emotions that will deeply influence the flow of Qi in our bodies, and that can be used to support self healing for a broad range of conditions and situations.
