Qigong in London with Teacher Yan Cui

The Workshop:

Teacher Yan Cui is visiting the UK this summer from Canada. Yan’s teaching is very lively and her workshops are inspiring and fun, the room fills with energy and those taking part can discover how to merge mind and body, stimulate acupuncture points, learning simple movements to go deeper. Qigong can bring energy and peaceful inner calm, wholeness and strength. This workshop suitable for all with or without experience of  qigong, tai chi, yoga and meditation.

About Yan Cui:

Originally from China Yan first learned qigong from her grandfather, then trained with Dr Pang Ming, creator of Zhineng Qigong, at the Medicineless Hospital in Beijing, where her teaching helped many people find health and renew their lives through practice. She went on to teach other qigong teachers, and both she and her husband teach Zhineng Qigong in Canada.
