What people say about this course
“I love Qigong practice with John. It has helped me calm and reduce my anxiety. His instruction is clear and the course is well structured. I am learning to make small changes with awareness throughout my day and that is proving key to my overall health and wellbeing.”
Jane
“I am truly grateful for this course. It has given me a chance to understand the beginning of Zhineng Qigong. The description of each movement starting with the introduction is brilliant. This has provided me the opportunity to go back to it when necessary instead of digesting everything at once.”
Priscilla
“I was looking for a quick refresher, but it provided so much more. Within these four movements are a lot of the Big Ideas, and I came away with a deeper understanding of the concepts of Qigong. What could have been a simple and superficial series proved to be simple, but definitely not simplistic.”
